Smoked Trout in Olive Oil

Tradifoods present you a boneless Portuguese farm-raised trout fillet that has been gently smoked over Holm oak wood and preserved in a light, high quality olive oil with a touch of sea salt.

Our Portuguese trouts are raised in a semi-intensive farming method using a natural, closed-in stream, constantly running and fed by mountain springs. The result is a 100% natural product, with no preservatives and additives and a high source of omega 3.

Tasting suggestions: Excellent in salads or crackers with strong cheeses or even folded into a cream sauce and blended into a pasta. Great on a gourmet pizza or in a bruschetta.
