Tradifoods has selected a surprising variety of olives with complex tastes and textures from the north to the south of Portugal; in particular the variety Galega, which is an exclusive olive from Portugal. All our olives are hand harvest and each conservation process has an ancient story behind it.

Most important and traditional Portuguese olive. Small, round, brownish blak toned olive with a pointed shape and distinctively flavoured pulp.

The region of Elvas and Campo Maior, the southern region of Portugal, has soil and climatic characteristics very own, allowing the production of olives with unique characteristics. The varieties used are Azeiteira, Carrasqueira, Redondil and Conserva, with artisanal preparation following local recipes.
